Habits

Do’s:

  1. Make your portions smaller: Little things can make a difference. Try this… Every 3 days take one less bite then you did before. OMG easy as that!
  2. Take a Workout Rest day: Like Jillian Michaels said “Muscles are build at rest not during the workout” or something like that.. But really, everyone needs a break.
  3. Count Calories: It don’t hurt. It always helps to see what you eat every so often. Try it, you’ll be surprised to see how much you eat.
  4. Look it the Mirror and say “I am a Sexy Beast”: I do. I look at myself and say, “Oh Bee if I were a guy I would totally want some of my loving!” I look at my fat tummy and make it talk and say “O fat tummy, how sexy your rolls are, too bad I will have to make you disappear.” Girls! Love your body cause if you don’t no one will…except your mama.
  5. Have a positive attitude: No one gets anything for free. So shut yah whining and give me 20! Yes I do mean 20 push ups, and no girl push ups.

Don’t’s:

  1. Fast: What are you crazy? Ya you heard it right. Do you want to get fat? What did you think fasting was going to make you lose weight?? Ha, your funny mami. No. Fasting will only cause your metabolism to slow down and make you tummy store fat. Ya at first you will lose the weight but I can guarantee you that you will gain it back in less the time you took to lose it and you will probably even gain some more.
  2. Skip Breakfast: So you have time to put on make up and don’t have time to eat at least an apple? Ya that makes sense?… Girl, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You just spent hours without food… So um eat! Promise it won’t kill yah.
  3. Don’t Be Eating That Cookie: It’s so sad to see that a cookie controls your life. You aren’t hungry. Eat a banana. Be healthy.
  4. Don’t Be Skipping Any Meals: You know that girl that skips lunch at school to look cool or whatever. Ya she’s 3 out of 5 times fat already or taking little bites of your food huh? Ya that ain’t cool never was never will. Get yah food man. Then you whine about how hard it is to lose weight. Well no wonder, someone has been causing their metabolism to slow down!
  5. Big Mac, Large Fries…oh and a Diet Soda?..: Your kidding me right? Diet Soda?? Please… Get some water will yah. Diet soda just confuses your brain into thinking you can eat more junk food because you drank a diet soda. Stupidest thing I have ever heard. Diet soda. Yah okay, tell me how many pounds you lose after that meal
