A very important thing about dieting is, knowing your body. You should know everything about how your body reacts to certain things, when your body looks the best and when it looks the worst. I have many under weight girls ask me for advise on how to lose weight, I tell them “You do NOT need to lose weight, you can get toned, but losing weight should not be in your mind.” How to know if you are over weight or under? The next thing you need to do is find your BMR to see how many calories you should be eating. Never eat less then 1000 calories which causes your body to go into starvation mode. Starvation mode is when your body gets the idea that you are starving it and stores every most of the food you do eat and creates it into fat. This will cause gain weight. That is why I recommend never to skip a meal, especially the most important meal f the day. breakfas
