Questions I get asked a lot:

  • I want to lose weight what should I do?: eat 1200 calories, workout for at least 30 minutes a day, drink 1-2 liters of water.
  • What’s the 30 day shred?: It’s a workout jillian michaels created. the links are in my workout page, do each level for 10 days
  • Does the 30 day shred work and when will i see results?: Yes, it worked for me, i went from 114 to 110 and im stuck at 110 but getting better abs.
  • Is fasting a good idea? what if it is juice fast?: No and no.
  • How long will it take me to lose ___ pounds?: You should lose 1-3 at the most a week. do the math. the fatter you are the easier it is to lose weight.

Comments I get:

  • You’re not good at spelling: I know, now ignore it but don’t hate message me on it, unless it’s like a word i use a lot then please tell me.
  • You google a lot of the answers: That’s cause i don’t want to give you sucky answers. If they are googled most of the time it’s because it’s a question a lot of people wonder about. so yes i do copy and past and make a few changes to it, BUT if i do do that i put the source. if its from just what i know i won’t put a source.
