A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness.

Anonymous asked: im going to the gym the first time today! what are the best work outs in the gym for me to lose 500 calories in about an hour? If it helps in any way, Im 15, 4'9 & I weigh 99 pounds

Swimming: an exercise that incorporates every muscle in your body and is a great aerobic workout. Water supplies resistance with low impact, producing a dynamic high-calorie burn that is easy on the joints. You can burn 500 to 700 calories on average, depending on your weight. If you find swimming a challenge, using a kick board to do laps will give you needed buoyancy while working your legs or one arm at a tim

Cycling: Whether its an indoor spinning class or on the open road, cycling gets your blood pumping and devours calories. Using the largest muscles in the body to work against the resistance of a fly wheel or the natural gravity of mixed terrain, cycling burns approximately 400 to 500 calories per hour. Over time, cycling improves cardiovascular conditioning, allowing you to work out longer and harder, burn more calories and lose more weight.

If you are reblogging, please do not remove ANY of this post - you may ruin it for others!
I know, I’ve been a bit busy to update this blog, but when I came across this in the June/July issue of Seventeen I knew that my followers had to see it!
Rules:
Exercise atleast 5 days a week, for 25 minutes. That’s easy!
Eat 5 times a day (fresh food over junk!)
Find 5 new ways to be active every week.
The calendar is essential for this plan, you can print it out here.
You will also need all of these workouts:
Monday: here
Tuesday: here
Wednesday: here
Thursday: here
Friday: here
Good luck, I’m trying this as well, let me know if you’re trying it, too!
